Musician and Composer

Whatever your musical requirements I can satisfy them. From small private house parties to large corporate events and everything in between, you will not be disappointed. I specialise in weddings and birthdays but love playing for every type of event - there is nothing better than live music for your special day.

I don't use backing tracks or beatboxes but I do play with amplification if required.

I perform across South Wales (St. Davids, Pembroke, Cardigan, Tenby, Carmarthen, Swansea, Neath, Port Talbot, Brecon, Bridgend, Cardiff, Newport, Crickhowell, Abergavenny) and all the way to Hereford, Bristol and the West of England.

I play either as a solo violinist or as part of a string duo, a string quartet (viola),  and a folk band. I also perform on the tin whistle and the Jaw Harp (sometimes called the 'Jews' Harp).

As a composer, I have been commissioned to write music for museum exhibits, art galleries, theatrical works and film and video. 

A multi-instrumentalist composer and performer, in demand across Wales and the South West of England.

Over the years I have performed in many different venues and occasions including concert halls, opera houses, at restaurant tables, private house parties, hotels, museums, art galleries, crematoriums and churches.

I really enjoy bringing live music to audiences big and small!

I am a college-trained classical musician with a deep understanding and respect for folk and traditional music. In addition to the classical viola, I studied 20th Century composition and bluegrass and Welsh/English/Scottish/Irish fiddle playing in college.
